Artistic Director Kevin Kaiser is a PNB veteran who personally danced nearly every male role in their famed production—from the heroic Nutcracker Prince to the mysterious Drosselmeyer.
As a former Ballet Master, he has been entrusted to stage works by legendary choreographers like George Balanchine and Robert Joffrey. This high-level technical knowledge ensures the Issaquah production is brought to the stage with authentic precision.
The show takes place at the Longman Performing Arts Center, Issaquah's own modern, professional theater tucked inside the campus of Issaquah High School.
With 600 seats, a sophisticated fly system for elaborate sets, and advanced lighting and sound, the Longman provides the perfect environment for high caliber ballet in Issaquah.
